"We stayed in one of the older rooms. The view was beautiful but the rugs needed some shampooing and the bathroom was dated. I wish that parking was included in the price, especially since you are paying resort fees on top of everything else"
"We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. Not sure if this is a seasonal thing and it...
"This is an excellent home base from which to enjoy the east side of the island. The rooms are excellent and a great coffee shop literally steps from the front door. Very close to the town square. Do be prepared for road noise and lively folks outside but the owners are aware and provided earplugs - although I did not need them. If you like being in the heart of the action and have a super cute place to stay... this is it! The parking is roadside but we were able to get a spot right outside our...
"Need more options for breakfast, like bagels, toaster oven, boiled eggs, fruits, etc... We stayed for 7 days and I expected more options for breakfast.
There were fruit flies in the room every day.
The a/c should not blow directly to the bed. It made sleeping very cold even when we raised the temperature.
The room had a stale smell that would not go away."
"Just a quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the island. Balneario de Luquillo and all the food establishments at the beach are a must visit."
"Jessica and Ruben are great people and hosts. As others have written, Ruben's breakfasts are hard to beat, even in 5-star hotels! The property's proximity to the south entrance to El Yunque is a primary reason we selected it. Anyone considering staying here should understand that the accommodations are stylish but basic. All of the buildings are constructed from cargo containers. Jessica and Ruben did a great job making them as refined as possible, with marble bathroom walls and white plaster...

"If you want a room just for sleeping this is it. The location is close to the kiosks and a great beach but not within walking distance to anything. There is no beach, but it is right on the water. There is coffee and cookies available in the morning but no food or drink otherwise. The staff is friendly and helpful. There isnt an elevator and the rooms without an ocean view are terrible . But we liked it!

The only thing they have to explain in details the hidden charges fees upfront of our stay then mentioning until the last day at the front desk. The charges was per night fee is $125 plus taxes beside our hotel charges should explain in detail of the booking or front desk at the first day that will help my family spend wisely of our stay for the food spending.

"Gorgeous gated property on a lot of land (huge golf course), easy access to the beach and loungers, multiple pools (some adults only) and a kids area, lots of activities for kids and games like table tennis, billiards, soccer. Staff were very accomodating. There is a pay per day parking structure if you rented a vehicle ($18/day as I am writing this review). I enjoyed our view and hearing the cocqui tree frogs at night. "

"We went for a weekend and pretty much were in to sleep only because we had excursions set up to do. I love that this place sends you a brochure with all you need to know to navigate the area. We tried some of the near beaches and restaurants and everything was amazing! It was nice to stay here, we will definitely come back! No had no issues or concerns "

"We enjoyed our family vacation to this property. There was a lot to do with the beach, 3 different pools and multiple restaurants. The food was good and service was very friendly. Only issue was getting our rooms cleaned when we were out of our room each day. "
