"The property is very peaceful and well kept. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. Many great beaches nearby and there is much to do on the accommodation such as pool, darts, fishing, walking. Harry and Carolyn also offered to take us to see and feed their cows and goats. A very enjoyable stay!"

"Mary-Anne & Chris, our wonderful hosts, left us wanting for nothing. This amazing retreat had everything. Situated on a beautiful property, every room had an amazing view. Attention to detail makes this retreat stand out from the rest. Perfect location to all the premium Adelaide Hills wineries, just difficult to leave the house as the gardens & scenery is hard to leave for any length of time. I can’t recommend this holiday getaway enough. The pictures on Stayz do not do it justice."

"The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. It is huge and has a high end kitchen and the master bedroom is a dream! The gardens are lovely and it is well set up for a dog. On the negative side, it needs some maintenance. The lights shorted out, the toilet in the master bedroom ran continuously, and the water had to be turned off after the cistern had filled. There were dirty cutlery in the dishwasher and there were some pans that had been put in the cupboard covered in grease. My son also...

"I had an amazing stay at this STAYZ! The host was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the private spaces, like games room and a BBQ area. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home. "Gums and Roses was such a gem to find in the Adelaide Hills! We loved the tiny house; small but has everything you could need, and in the perfect location. Perfect for watching the horses and kangaroos and close to the pubs if you're after a meal at night. Our host was so nice and let us come and meet her horses which was great. We would definitely book here again!"
