Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "We had a wonderful vacation. This house was located in a quiet little town with very friendly locals. We rented a vehicle and was able to see a lot of Switzerland sites from this location. The house was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. There was a pasture with cows behind the house...very peaceful. We highly recommend this house!"

"Het huis ligt in een schitterende omgeving en biedt heel veel mogelijkheden voor ontspanning in en rond het huis. Wij hebben hier met 5 volwassenen en één peuter van 2 jaar een geweldige week gehad. De eigenaren zijn geweldige mensen die je volledig op je gemak stellen om vooral gebruik te maken van alle faciliteiten die het huis bieden. We hebben echt genoten van deze plek."

"The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. "We spent five relaxing nights in this hidden gem in the very well located Rossinier. In the house it felt like we were a million miles away with sensational views of the valley below, while we were in fact just a short distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. The house was very well appointed and easily accommodated our family of 10. We will most definitely return and recommend this chalet to others. The hosts were very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had."
