Fraudulent all the way!
"The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund."

"The manager was rude and nasty, telling us we would not find a better hotel in town when we complained at checkin. The room he showed us had a bar lock on the outside of the room.
