We live out of town so found it very noisy, from both the road noise and planes flying overhead. Asked if we could check out at 11 because hubby had a medical procedure at 11.30. Man in reception seemed reluctant but said yes in the end, otherwise the room was pleasant enough for the amount we paid.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
Easily the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The man working the front desk on the evening of May 17, 2024 was incredibly rude. I hope he owns the place because otherwise he should be fired. He wasn't able to complete the simplest task (finding our reservation). His inability to problem solve lead to a conflict where he shouted, "You Americans are all the same". (I'm Canadian). He then called me a moron and swore at me. I don't know if I've ever had a worse time checking in at a hotel. I would stay anywhere else. Calling your customers 'morons' because you can't find a reservation equals zero stars.
