Two of my kids (12 & 16) and I stayed here for the Labor Day bridge walk. The cabin itself is pretty new, and was well cleaned. It has useful kitchen appliances, including a full size gas range, and also basic dishes/cookware. But it does not have two bedrooms, it has one bedroom with a full size bed and a bunk bed in the area leading to the bedroom. It also has a futon in the living area. The primary reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's located in front of a motel that has seen better days. This motel is apparently the owner of the cabin, it's not owned by a private owner. This fact isn't accurately described in the listing. It's not a deal breaker, though.
The beach is okay, but isn't regularly cleaned, so there were remnants left behind from previous parties, like half burned firewood, crushed beer cans and some broken glass. There's a weather beaten children's play structure with a broken plastic slide that's home to dozens of spiders and is so worn out it needs to be converted into firewood anyway.
I would stay here again. We don't spend all of our time at the cabin, we go off for day trips in the area. However, if you're planning on spending a week playing and relaxing on the beach, there are better options, especially at this price point.
