"Great quiet location. Less than 10 minutes easy stroll to the cafes and shops of Manuka. Staff always friendly and welcoming. I choose to stay in the serviced apartment section of the accommodation. Id describe it as "cheap and cheerful". The apartment has everything I need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of unallocated parking located around the various apartments. I use this as my regular place to stay when I travel to Canberra several times a year for short escapes from Sydney."

"Nice staff. Has underground parking. The room and bathroom is new and clean. However while it's acceptable but it's not super quiet. I can hear kids screaming in the afternoon. There is also noise from racing cars occasionally (not disturbing can still sleep)."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The staff were friendly and accommodating they even have a golf cart that can take you up to your room if you're lazy The land that the villas sit on is gorgeous and breathtaking lots of bunny rabbits and kangaroos around the property lots of things for the kids to do play areas why would you want to stay anywhere else oh and the pool area is to die for I plan to fill up the 190 villas with my friends by 2026 and book alivio out for 2 weeks in the off peak season...
