"Well arrived and was asked the next morning for a deposit.. wish i had time to check condo before handing over.. no cutlery to eat greasy plate washing machine not working.. 3 days to get cutlery, took over a week to replace washing machine with another faulty one. I had bad tummy problems and needed the washing machine but could only use it once as the door would not open. Due to feeling unwell I needed the washer. But I was so fed up keep asking I left it. I did leave a few marks on the sheets...

"Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancƩ back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience..."

"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the SĆ©bastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"This is a private condo on the top floor of a hotel all you see is ocean. From the 11th floor down is a hotel. The upper floors are privately owned. When the hotel staff realized we were guests of the condo we became persona non grata. We could not even use a luggage trolley for our bags. Thank goodness a kind neighbor of the condo helped us figure out the door access. There is a not so comfortable down pillow top on the mattress of the master room it was scratchy and the feathers poked out and...

"10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. Thereā€™s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location."
