Stayed for 4 days, cleaner topped up towels and toilet paper but the room was left a mess, bed wasn’t done once and tea/coffee not topped up once, room was not hoovered once, bin bags and rubbish weren’t taken out the entire time of stay. Toilet door lock was broken. Ordered soup in the restaurant and was told bread doesn’t come with the soup however when ordered soup for room service the bread was included?… Not the greatest experience overal and wouldn’t really plan on staying here again unfortunately. Pictures look good but place is definitely worn out and in need of some refurb.

Das Badezimmer schimmelte an jeder Ecke. Der Abfluss des Waschbecken war dermaßen verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht ablief. Leider wurde weder das Zimmer noch das Bad gesäubert. So stand das dreckige Wasser vom Zähneputzen 2 Tage. In so einem widerlichen Zimmer, habe ich noch nie Übernachten müssen.
