The Fantastic Apartment in Funchal is greatly located in the centre of town, close to the Marina, the shopping centre: LA vie, to restaurants, cafe´s, bars, and the old town. It is also 5 minutes from the Park: Santa Catarina, and 1 minute from the municipal.

A dated apartment and terrible communication
The apartment was dated with old furniture and all of the same complaints (in the onsite book) as were noted in 2018! The shower leaked, the bathroom door is sticky and you have to call the company to meet you at the apartment to get in. There was no lock box. We saw a friend's apartment close by which was the same price and it was beautiful. When we had an issue and called and emailed the company OVER 10 times, there was no response for over 24 hours! (Imagine if we forgot the keys in the apartment.) Overall this was a poor choice and is not recommended. Very disappointing.

Buena ubicación pero falta de detalles
El apartamento está bien, es tal y como se ve en las fotos y está limpio con todo lo que se necesita para cocinar a nivel de electrodomésticos y menaje. El servicio de check in fue bien aunque tardaban en contestar lo cual, al llegar, te crea un poco de inseguridad . Creo que es insuficiente poner una sola toalla por persona para una semana completa, al menos un juego adicional hubiera venido bien. También es insuficiente un solo rollo de papel higiénico por persona. La plaza de garaje es muy útil aunque tuvimos un inconveniente que se solucionó en un tiempo razonable al haber sido ocupada por otra persona mientras estábamos fuera. Por último reseñar que no nos gustó que fueran a limpiar cuando aún no habíamos terminado de recoger nuestras cosas para irnos. Desde el primer día indicamos la hora de salida y no se respetó al encontrarnos al servicio de limpieza en el apartamento al regresar de desayunar lo cual nos dificultó un poco la salida, aunque amablemente nos acompañaron al garaje para sacar el coche y no tener que volver a subir y nos dieron una toalla limpia para poder ir al baño. Más toallas, más papel higiénico

Meant to stay for a week - ended up as two!
Location, condition of the flat, the huge amount of space, the terrace, the comfy bed, amenities, easy communication. Only very small thing would have been just a couple of basic bits to start a guest off - olive oil, coffee, washing tablets.

Fantastic holiday with the apartment at its hart
The apartment has all you could won't and more, full equipment, TV with a USB slot if you bring your own programs, movies, music, great layout, veranda, location, shops, supermarkets, marenia and all in walking distance of the rest of Funchal, 30 to 40 min's in any direction and for the rest the local buses, fantastic apartment, fantastic holiday. , The only thing we could think of was a coffee tablesmall set of tables so you have some place to sit your drink when you are waching the TV as we bring TV programmes and movies with us on a USB stick that fits in the back of the TV, not a lack, it my be just us.

Wonderful location
The appartment had a lot of space, and the location in the city centre is excellent. It's soundproof if you close the windows. Being able to park the rental car in the parking garage is also very convenient. The service and cleaning is very good. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and spacious, but the furniture in it is a bit old and worn. Like the cupboard doors in the kitchen and the sanitary in the bathroom. There's also this sewer-like smell, but that appears to be a flaw in the construction of the whole building.

Zentrale Stadtwohnung mit Verkehrsgeräuschen.
Lage absolut zentral. 4. Stock mit Aufzug und Tiefgarage. Supermarkt im Haus. Sauberkeit uns Service. Infomappe in der Wohnung. Sat-TV nicht nur portugisisch. Mückenschutz am Schlafzimmerfenster. Zweitschlüssel !!!
