"My experience was predominantly favorable. The staff were courteous, the location was ideal, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The one and only drawback was the heated water would immediately get cold. I contacted the front desk and was advised that they would notify maintenance, stating that they had "recently repaired the boiler." For the whole length of my stay, I had frigid showers, which was quite unpleasant."
