What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the level of service — anytime I had a question, the staff was quick to help with a smile. It really made a difference. "We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is authentic, beautiful and clean. We had a room with a canal view and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We ate at the restaurant on site and the chef made me a special dish of fhul madames, even though it was not on the menu. ..."

"We had long weekend getaway as a couple and booked the beachfront villas. The villa is very spacious with a beautiful private pool and beach access. Breakfast was phenomonal. We prefered to stay in our villa most of the time but there were plenty of activities for the ones who want to be more active. ..."
