On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "

"Though the address of the hotel says "Madonna di Campiglio", in reality the hotel is a few kilometers away from this famous town. Our GPS could not find that address and we spend over an hour searching for the hotel. The hotel is large but totally lacks coziness typical for Alpine resort hotels. "Hotel team amazing - professional, friendly, helpful, kind. Food was fantastic - creative, traditional, high quality. Location was a 10-15 min walk to main ski lifts, or there's a hotel shuttle. Our room was smaller but you can choose. I'd come back!"

"The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. "The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. We enjoyed staying there and Will definitely go back again. "
