"We had an excellent two week stay at this lovely property near to Gemenos. Our family group of 11 ranged from children to grandparents. The house is very well equipped and the grounds are the standout feature with lots of space for everyone to relax. The pool is a great size for a larger group. It is possible to walk to a nearby restaurant which was great for us. We only really used the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen as we spend much of our stay in the gardens. "The house is in a lovely location and we really enjoyed our time her and had a lovely holiday. However,the house is tired and items in it are old. This is not a problem while you stay there and it adds to a homely feel. Unfortunately some deckchairs broke. I informed the owner. He has now taken 800 euro from me claiming the washing machine broke (we used it on the morning we left and it was fine- it was an old machine!) and the pool cover broke. No pictures or evidence of this has been supplied....

"Lovely open plan modern house. Lovely area. The only problem we had was confusion over the deposit, which was resolved through communication with the owner. Owner expected a cash deposit, the booking agency held a reserve on our credit card to act as the deposit so we were surprised at the cash request. Resolved amicably. "
