"Lovely property at a convenient location. Our upgraded room is spacious and cozy but living area is a bit dark. Water, mini wine and complimentary mini bar provided, we can have water and juices at the lobby as well. Breakfast is abundance. I noticed the hotel offers free walking tour as well, which we didn't have time to join. Uber is not allowed on this street, so if it rains it will be a bit troublesome to lug the baggage to the next street. Overall we had a great stay here."

"We stayed for three nights. The location is perfect, although the entrance is very subtle. But once you know where it is, you're fine. The staff were a delight - every one was super nice. There was some construction going on in the upper floors, but it didn't disturb us at all. Our room was cozy, but the bed super-comfortable and the shower was fabulous, too. For a short break in central Lisbon, it's perfect."

"We booked two rooms as travelled as family. The staff were very friendly, a warm welcome and great start to our holiday in Lisbon. Went out of the way including a welcome glass of wine at checkin! As a boutique hotel feels very cosy and staff gave some very valuable insights into Lisbon. Location in Baixa is great as just next to Rossio Metro, 28 tramline and walking distance to many an attraction. A very good breakfast with varied delcious mix of Portuguese and continental options."
