"This is a 3 bedroom apartment and because the location was only 15 mins walk to the centre of Madrid should have been perfect. However, it was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. The host was courteous but the place was filthy. Wardrobe shelves covered in dust, needed cleaning before putting our clothes away. The kitchen had the previous occupants food in the fridge. If someone called Colin is reading this your pizza is still there! Bedroom drawers were dusty and had bits of rubbish in them....
