Not a great location. Room setup quite bizarre. Would only recommend if traveling for business and wanted a kitchenette in your room.

Very cold; cleaning subpar
It was freezing in the hotel and I got sick because there was no heat that I could control in the room. Because everything was centralized we relied on the hotel to ensure adequate heat was sent throughout the building but sad to say that wasn’t the case. Also cleaning was not great - staff did not even use soap to properly wash the shower and bathroom.

Offers everything you need.
I enjoyed everything with our stay. Everything looked new and updated. The bedroom was dusty, and some dirty plates were hidden inside the kitchen cupboards. But this didn't affect our stay, and I would happily return.

Tras cobrarte la habitación te cargan una fianza de 149€, lo cual me parece anormal. Habitaciones poco confortables con una pésima distribución y una falta de total de aislamiento lumínico.

Una estancia muy placentera
Todo el personal súper amable, las habitaciones estupendas (amplias y con terraza), la cama cómoda, la piscina y el gym algo pequeños pero suficientes. Cerca de supermercado para hacer compra y de parada de metro a pocas del centro. Muy bien todo, me dio pena irme.

El pan delicioso!!!! El personal muy amable, la decoración de las habitaciones excelente me encanto una muy buena opción, aunque lejano del centro hay comunicacion con autobus a la plaza mayor y los taxis son baratos con respecto a otras ciudades europeas gracias Maru y Carmen amigas de la infancia viajando juntas a los 73 años

Befriedigend füreinen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Duie Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war allerdings unzureichend: trockenes Brot, keine englische Beschriftung, kein warmes Frühstück.

Buena elección
Alojamiento muy recomendable para los que nos gusta desayunar tranquilamente como si estuvieras en casa. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para hacer el desayuno y con la ventaja de que hay un supermercado próximo que puedes ir a pie. Muy recomendable para aquellas personas que tienen que ir al hospital 12 de octubre, ya que puedes ir andando desde el hotel.

Péssimo café da manhã
Compramos o café da manhã antecipadamente, infelizmente. O horário deveria ser até 10:30h. Chegamos as 10h e não havia quase nada no buffet (só tinha pão, 2 fatias de queijo, presunto e um tipo de bolo). No cardápio havia varias coisas. Tivemos que pedir as coisas mas só os levaram ovos. Os outros itens que pedimos não levaram e sequer nos avisaram. Só comemos um pão com ovo. O café da máquina estava com gosto de velho. Não havia talheres para servir o que havia no buffet. Também não havia talheres para comer. Pedimos e nos entregaram talheres sujos. Mostramos que estavam sujos, eles levaram os talheres e não nos trouxeram novos. Péssima experiência

Después de haber probado algunos alojamientos cercanos, no tengo ninguna duda de que este ha sido el mejor por mucho. La atención en recepción no ha podido ser mejor. Siempre dispuestos a facilitarme la estancia. Por ello, he repetido en varias ocasiones la estancia en este hotel, si duda os lo recomiendo.
