This property is perfect, it has very nice and clean rooms. The location is prime! You’re at walking distance from puerta del Alcalá and the Park retiro. Easy taxi/uber access. 5 star restaurants just across the street. Definitely will be staying here again.

The mattress was very bad. Also the floor of our room was very uneven. The curtain was falling, so that we could not close it. Liked the common areas. Loved the roof top.

The staff are incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop bar was amazing!! Staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the view! The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The location is excellent and very walkable. Close to the Metro, the Hop on/Hop off Bus, a beautiful park and a number of very good restaurants. We were careful but always felt safe. Our room was very small. Just the basics for sure. Housekeeping did a very nice job.
