Everything was great, especially the receptionist who was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail. She made us feel very welcome. The hotel and the room were also wonderful. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and we were so touched by the thoughtful touch of providing a takeaway breakfast since we were leaving very early in the morning. Everyone was so kind, and we are very grateful to all the staff. God bless them.

Great location close to the train station. Although the room is somewhat outdated and the bed basic, the good news is that it was spotless and breakfast buffet included was great. Staff wonderful.

OK as a stopover for the night

The hotel is quite dated and basic. Soundproofing is non-existent, any noise in the corridors seemed even worse inside the room. The area is not the nicest but it was very convenient arriving at night from Madrid airport and for Chamartín station the next morning. Breakfast buffet was very good quality and varied.

Very ice one night stay

I was only there 1 night. The staff was nice and the hotel clean. It had a very nice pool. I chose it because it is right next to the Chamartin Train Station. Walking distance toaekwts and bars.

This hotel was just across from the train station. So perfect for our travel. The room is comfortable with the best bed. Linens are crisp and quality. We were able to check in early which is important in US/International travel. We were able to catch up on some sleep early in day. Lunch was great and relatively inexpensive. A must do visit.

Dated property, but Very clean. Funky entrance feels out of place- doesn’t look like an entrance. But, location is across the street from Chamartín Train terminal, which was why we stayed here. Food is good & service is good, very cleanly.

Decent stay near metro station

Hotel is well located near metro station. It’s not very modern or fancy hotel but pretty decent for comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and hotel staff were helpful.
