We had a very special stay as we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a junior suite and a bottle of cava on ice. It may be because it is a VIP property on Hotels.com and it was a lovely treat. The rooms were spacious, stylish and comfortable. My husband is gluten intolerant and we were given gf bread when we asked at breakfast.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is in a good location close to the royal palace and may shops and restaurants. I felt safe in the area at all times. The staff was friendly and we had no issues.
