Hotel with a basic but comfortable standard. Cosy area around. Lots of options for food, coffee etc. in walking distance. Subway station to the airport and city center is nearby as well. Also walkable located close to the city center. All together: practical and perfect for a citytrip.

We didn’t have the best customer service experiences in Spain except for this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property had a theater theme and the history behind the building. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very cute and cozy, comfortable beds and very clean.

I stayed here for 3 days for a work trip, while the staff truly made the experience great with their kindness and helpfulness, the facilities could use some improvement. Every team member went out of their way to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciated. Overall, the exceptional service made up for the shortcomings in facilities, but a few updates would make it even better.
