Excellent small boutique hotel. Perfectly tucked away behind Gran Via so nice and quiet. Rooms were good size but on the smaller side however Excellent rates. Mini bar, fridge, desk and decent size bathroom. Staff made the place so comfortable.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I have been before and the service provided by Jose in Reception is consistently beyond excellent, this time me and my son also met Yimmy in reception who as Jose was very friendly, kind, warm and with a great smile and happiness to help and and greet us. My son everyday asked if his friends Jose ans Yimmy would be in the hotel to say hi ans chat with him when we were heading back to the hotel. I definitely will be going back as I feel is like visiting a friends place being greeted and helped by Jose y Yimmy. Thank you !

I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and it was flawless. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for the price. The room was clean, and the toilet and bathroom were perfect. The room I stayed in also had a bathtub. If I ever come back to this area of Madrid, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
