The staff truly enhanced our experience with their outstanding service. They greeted us with warm smiles and displayed a genuine willingness to assist us with anything we needed. I was particularly impressed by how attentive they were to our requests, which made our stay feel even more special. The room itself was lovely—spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated close to local attractions and dining options, allowing us to easily explore the area. Overall, our stay was exceptional and memorable!

The only thing good about this place was the help and kindness from Santiago (Santi) and the cleanliness. Scary location, elevator tiny and extreme slow. Noisy, noisy, noisy. Walls are thin and if you stay by fro t desk you will never get a goodnight sleep.

Woohoo Rooms Boutique Gran Vía is an oasis on the 2nd floor of a building whose entrance directly faces Plaza de Callao and the pedestrian crossing across Gran Vía. It is 2 minutes from a Carrefour, 7 minutes to a laundromat called La Casa de la Colada, 6 minutes to Puerta del Sol, it is on the midpoint for exploring the east and west sides of Madrid on foot. We were in constant communication with the staff thru Whatsapp days before our check in. The interior was very clean, modern and well-maintained it looks like new. It was a revelation!

The hotel is located in Gran Via but inside the building it is very creepy and dirty. The elevator takes for ever. The room had a very strong smell to detergent. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is located right on the Grand Via on the 3rd floor, but you have to drag your luggage up a few stairs to get to the elevator. There is a very small sign at the entrance door and there were no instructions as to how to get in. We pressed a few buttons and knocked and a very nice lady let us in. Our room was the "Chrysler" room and overlooked the Grand Via. The room was clean and comfortable, but the window was a little difficult to figure out and the first night, it was so loud we could not sleep. I figured out how to close the window properly and the rest of our stay was quiet. The room is located near everything. The staff was very nice, but they were not at the desk a lot of times.

We stayed in Space Needle apartment. There was a terrible stink in the room and one of the walls had yellow markings from wother leaking down the wall. They tried to mask the stench using potpourri but it only worsened the situation. Not sure about the condition of other rooms.

Amazing location, you step outside and on the main street with everything is walkable. Short cab ride to train station and airport. Pros; - Small but functional and stylish room (we were in room #10, view not nice but quite room) - Very well soundproofed - Clean sheets, smelt and felt nice (no musty smell to them) Comfy bed & pillows - Rain shower with hot water at all times - Kettle in room with 2 mugs and assortment of teas - Remote controlled black out blinds - Warm toned lights on dimmers and multi task lighting - AC/heater in room fully functional - Cupboard space for clothes - Netflix included on tv ( you don't have to sign in with personal account) - Small fridge with 2 water bottles - Shower gel, soap and conditioner included - Large soft bath towels (super clean) hand towels face towels - Room cleaning service call bottom that can be operated from room and shown outside as well (green for cleaning, red for do not disturb) Cons; - Hard to find the hotel originally but found it right next door to the Five Guys restaurant (if looking at Five guys from the street it will be to the right of it) - Small elevator, slow service (but we used the stairs, would be hard with large luggage) - No iron or ironing board in room - No coffee machine or coffee in room, but knowing that I brought my own small French Press and ground coffee (they do have a paid coffee machine in hallway) - No iron or ironing board in room - No extra blankets in room
