"This is our first time at this property and we were not disappointed. Quiet and peaceful the grounds were a delight to walk all day. Beautiful grounds. Very helpful and polite staff, they went out of their way to meet all our needs. Punctual and polite, our driver was very knowledgeable and made our tour around town and temples a pleasure. This property is a Must stay. "

"Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. It’s a little way out of town but you can get an auto rickshaw (just to the left of the entrance). It cost us 300 R/s to get into the centre of town to visit the temple, also to get to the airport. The hotel is used by many tour groups which can be a downside but we felt all the staff worked hard to ensure the needs of other guests weren’t overlooked. "

"Excellent hotel. Restaurant options for all meals are excellent. We needed a takeaway lunch option for us. They prepared it for us. The one issue that didn’t work well for me was to get transportion out of the hotel. Taxis in Madurai se non-existent. Auto-rickshaws seem to be the main mode of transport for tourists like me. Day 1, I had trouble finding someone at the door to get me an auto-rickshaw. It took 10 mins before someone could even get started to look. Day 2 when I went to the door, no...
