"The room was basic reflex the price that we paid, However the Owner and family was kind and very accomodating. it's just feel like home and the view of the lake at night was serene. The locations also convenient and nearby the lake, night Market. We want to book extra night on our way back from Ban Rak Thai, but they already fully booked. "

"This property has certainly seen better days. The lobby was dark, as if they just wouldn't turn on lights. My room was OK. Very odd layout, no real great place to sit and relax, I ended up using the bed as a chair. The bathroom was also the shower. I think they call it a wet bath. I didn't particularly care for the bathroom. There was mouse poop in my room and small spiders. The market and temple were right outside and there was loud music and chanting over the speaker system that went right...

"The room was good for a budget hostel however service was non existant. There was nobody at the hostel when we arrived, after waiting for over an hour in the middle of the day someone came to bring us a key but didn't speak any english. He didn't seem to be staff either. When we left the hostel, nobody was there either so we left the key on the counter. While we were waiting the first day we tried calling the hotel but when they answered and realized we were speaking english they hang up."

"The Panorama Hotel seems to have much nicer pictures than actual rooms. When we got to our room it seemed very sparse. The lighting was terrible, the soap was very limited, and the room and bathroom were not cleaned well. It was fine for one night while passing through Mae Hong Son, but I wouldn't go back."

"Only a few minutes from the centre of town but on a corner which makes surrounded by noisy roads on three sides, not a place you'd want to hang out during the day. If you are thinking you only need a cheap place to crash at night that's not going to work out well either as you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, their discussions, going to the toilet, snoring, the lot. You'll be disturbed a lot. In the morning there is briefly hot water available at reception to make your own coffee,...
