"The location is absolutely stunning. I didn't know Thailand had any areas where the temperature was below 80 degrees F, or 27 degrees C. Lo and behold, this location gets down to 50 to 54 F, or 12 degrees C almost every night. When we were there it was rainy and chilly, but not cold. We ordered a BBQ for our tent/ room, along with enough food to cook for the next 5 to 6 hours right there in our balcony area. The BBQ not only cooked our food, but helped keep us warm as the temperature dropped...

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room is large and extremely comfortable. The hotel offers lots of amenities including air conditioning, and a large beautiful bathroom. " Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "The view from my second balcony room was spectacular. The food at the restaurant was quite good. However, I could not get transportation back to old city or the airport. A staff member at the hotel had to drive me in his personal car. If you are relying on grab or other public transportation, you will be out of luck."

"Check-in was a breeze. The room looks better than the photos. It’s really spacious the view from the balcony. It was very very very beautiful. I love that. There was two on in my room one indoor one out door. There is also a public garden on breakfast was amazing. I think the cleanliness could be improved just a little bit. There were some hairs and a bobby pin on the bed I believe from the previous guest. But other than that, everything was good. "

"Any detailed rating is really absurd so "unsatisfactory" is used just because some specific rating are demanded by this program. This hotel has been closed for some three years and has no business being advertised. It is the site of a tea farm. We did eat and sleep there because the on-site caretaker was gracious and there happened to be one bungalow kept for the owner's infrequent guests!"
