"The staff at the property is very friendly and cooperative. It’s a clean property with comfortable bedding. We added on breakfast which was a really good idea. Our stay was overall a pleasant experience. Will surely recommend and visit again. Thank you "
"First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints!
Easy to get too and access the property.
Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans.
Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling.
Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...
"My second time in Tenby in a year, great town and people. I hadn’t stayed at the Belgrave before, but it was worth it. My room was reasonably priced and comfortable. I was able to head out straight into the centre of town. Staff were very friendly too."
"The booking through Hotels.com was really simple. The price I paid was great and it was much cheaper than that advertised for the same room on bookings.com
We had a family room, which had two rooms joining so the privacy between adults and children was excellent. The children had a single bed each (we have a 13 year old and a 6 ysar old). We had a bathroom with toilet and shower. It was very quiet in our room and you could barely hear the comings and goings of other guests or street traffic....
"Staff were polite friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, we would happily stay here again. Thank you we enjoyed our anniversary break. "

"The hotel & staff were first class. The spa treatments excellent but a bit expensive.
The food was outstanding. The room with a sea view was amazing, every night we had a fantastic view of the sunset in Feb!! The sister hotel opposite served excellent food too. The only downside for us was the state of the car park which looked rather scrappy on arrival & rather let the hotel down."

The room and the venue was very clean. We were supplied with towels and bed linen. The welcome was lovely and our room was ready earlier than expected. There is a communal seating space with some games and books available however we did not use this space.
The breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices, and cooked breakfast options available to name a few. Huw was even kind enough to make pancakes for the children, which were very much enjoyed.
What a great place this is to stay with it being close to the main carpark, in a street across the road from the beach and just a few minutes walk from Tenby Town centre.
We stay in Tenby often and we will certainly be booking here again.
Just perfect. "
