"The property was very nice modern and clean. The staff was very friendly but they need more English speaking staff. The beach was disappointing, the sand was yellowish and one could hardly walk to the shore because of the small pieces of coral in it. The restaurant Hanare was the best!!!!!! Loved the 10 course dinner. That chef deserves a Michellin star! Great for families with small kids. "

"It is my first time coming to Ishigaki in Okinawa. Japanese service obviously is top notch. But ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki Resort service is just something else. A big shout out to Miki at the front desk of the Bay Wing where we were at. Our flight was 8am and taxi typically don’t operate that early to take us to the airport. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, we chose this hotel since it's close to the ferry port where you can book a tour to see the Yaeyama Islands or catch a ferry to the other islands. The only thing is that the bed was rock hard (I don't mind it but it was difficult for my husband). Otherwise, everything was great!"
