"Comfortable, cozy and Affordable. I stayed here alone, but it’s a great romantic getaway with a low sticker price. Near the Magdalena mountains if you want to get out, but also good for a night in if that’s more how you feel. Good amenities, I cooked every night and had no real issues. Couldn’t recommend the place more."

"This is a great property. We had a sisters hiking trip to the Gila Cliff Dwelling area and it was a great location for us. The view from the deck is breath taking and the deer, quail, chipmunks, and hummingbird feeder just add another layer of beauty. It is a very peaceful place.The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a nice grill on the deck. There are nice bathroom and bedroom linens. "The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The house has many movies and games to entertain and the lake is about 100-150 yard walk from the property. The owner was very responsive to my questions. There doesn’t seem to be much to do in the town, but Truth or Consequences isn’t a far drive away. The property is difficult to find with GPS."

"This property is truly a home away from home. Everything was nice, comfortable, and relaxing. They had a power outage while we were there (obviously not the owners fault) but they had a back up generator so we could still enjoy our stay and not be in the dark. We had a few issues when the power finally came back on but Jen came over immediately and fixed it. Didn't have to wait for responses or run arounds, she had it done ASAP and it's absolutely welcoming, friendly and makes sure you're taken...
