It was an older motel and definitely needed some updating. The pillows were hard and the mattresses were not comfortable. However, the hotel room was clean and it had a wood floor, which helped. It was also quiet. We appreciated the fridge and microwave and coffee pot.

Eclipse viewing
Stayed there two nights for the eclipse. Price was great. Room was not fancy but was very comfortable and everything was in essentially new condition. Location is very convenient, about 5 minutes walk to the lake and 10 minutes to the many shops and restaurants.

Bed very comfortable and a real Queen size bed. Room very clean. Lots of water in the shower and sink. Room/heating perfect when we arrived. I would recommend that place :)
