We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly. The unit was clean exactly as shown online. Underground parking with EV chargers at every spot. The location was convenient close to many restaurants. We were only 10 minutes from Mont Orford and the beautiful outdoor skating path was just across the street.

Room was nice and modern. Downfall is the train tracks are less than 50 ft from the room windows. VERY loud. Our room was also above the parking garage so Everytime the door opens and closes it’s loud and the room vibrates. Hot tub was nice.

Gorgeous rooms, very modern and well thought out Parking scenario was poorly communicated Sauna was out of order with no plans for repair Hot tub out of order on another night Some gym equipment down Don’t advertise these amenities if you can’t maintain them, overpriced for what was able to be used Room was decently clean upon initial entry aside from slimy shower walls

Excellent one night stay on way to Quebec City . We had a 1 bedroom unit on 4th floor. Loved the rooftop hot tub and sauna as well as the Nespresso machine in the room . So clean and friendly staff. Will definitely be back

Stayed over on the way home from Montreal to the US. New loft style apartment hotel units on inlet to Memphremagog Exceptionally clean and well designed.. Magog is an old mill town that is definitely on the rebound as an Eastern township destination - many nice new restaurants and shops.
