"Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in dem Haus in der Südheide. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es findet sich alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Betten großartig. Der große schattige Garten, eingezäunt damit auch Hunde sorglos bleiben können, half uns über die heißen Stunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung im alten Pfarrhaus rundum genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und bietet außergewöhnlichen Komfort. Besonders angenehm: Der Supermarkt mit Bäckerei ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, offen und sehr gut erreichbar – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Pros: Wir sind in Familie inklusive Großeltern angereist. Familie Klopp war sehr freundlich und zeigten uns die Wohnung und Parkplätze. Die Wohnung ist schön groß. Für 6 Personen wirklich mehr als ausreichend. Es gibt eine Küche mit allem notwendigen an Ausstattung. Leider waren unsere Vorbesucher nicht sehr gründlich mit dem Aufwasch. "Franks urgemütliches Appartement liegt umgeben von Feldern in der Nähe des ca. 3km entfernten Hankensbüttel.Die Lage ist, wie das Appartement selbst, ein Traum. Wir waren übers Wochenende dort, um einfach nur mal abzuschalten.Und das ist geglückt. Das Appartement war ein Traum. Hell, sehr sauber und urgemütlich, mit viel Liebe zur (Holz-)Kunst eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und Frank ist ein ziemlich cooler Gastgeber, der uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen hat....

"On arrival, we had to wait at reception for the owner to check us in. He claimed the room hadn’t been paid for, but said he had our card details and would use those. The booking was paid through Expedia, but he hadn't taken the payment. I asked what time breakfast was, but he said I had to pay extra for it—despite the property being advertised with FREE BREAKFAST. Looking back at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one misled by false information. After checking in, we were told our room wasn’t actually there—we had to walk another 500 meters to a different building. There’s limited parking outside, but luckily we found a space. To access the room, you have to unlock the main door with a key safe and then find your room yourself. It’s completely unmanned sleeping accommodation. When we entered, the room was really dirty—dust and cobwebs everywhere. The sofabed was dirty, with cigarette burns and stains on the bedsheet. It was clear the beds had never been moved for cleaning. The kitchen had damaged appliances, and there was no bag in the bin. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the bathroom, when we took a shower, water ran everywhere except down the drain, flooding part of the bedroom. The floor panels were already damaged, so it clearly happened to guests before us. The view from the window was something else—the owner is using the back garden as a dumping site, with rubbish piling up everywhere.
