"Extremely comfortable home for a group of friends. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. "This was a great place that easily accommodated our group of three families. It was on a beautiful property with a great walking path, the kids loved watching the geese in the water, and exploring the riverside. The kitchen and dining areas were a good setup to cook for our whole group of 14 people, with plenty of refrigerator space for groceries. "I loved staying in this beautiful cottage. It had the Tassie charm of rich heritage and coziness. It is in a perfect location near a great cafe, close to town. It was warm with its heating and to arrive to a toasty warm cottage on a chilly Hobart day was perfect. The bed was super comfy. Highly recommend!"

"The house was easily located, and although on a main road, the noise of the traffic was minimal.We found the staircase a little steep and could benefit from a small grab rail at the top.The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen also was well appointed and having some kitchen items in the cupboards was appreciated.A very enjoyable stay, thank you."
