"I had a mishap with the parking and drove over a spot into a kind of ditch. My neighbor, who apparently also worked there yelled at me in the parking lot while I was in the process of taking care of and paying for the process. He said some things that were hurtful, but I paid my dues. I probably didn't clean up after myself enough so I have to apologize to the staff for that. And I was late dropping off my keys because I was in the hospital, so I hope they understand. I couldn't reach the front...
