"We had a wonderful time staying at the Condo with parking directly below. Two families with 5 kids loved the outdoor hot tub accessed from the master suite upstairs. Bunkbed rooms were great for the kids. The highest bunk bed has a bed rail, but not ideal for kids who move around a lot. Mattress in Queen bed was old and may need to be replaced. We received good directions for parking, code to enter the condo and everything was set up for our arrival. We were allowed to enter a few hours early...

"Front people was awesome. Sweet and informative. Cool to have secure locker room for snowboard gear. Liked bathrobes. Nice big room with Jacuzzi. Not enough outlet by the bed to charge cell phones. USB on alarm clock wasn't charging. Free slippers would have been nice. Pool/Hot tab does not open until 8am. It would have been better if open earlier."

"While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries....
