Clean bathroom and shower, AC worked very well, clean kitchen appliances, and good places to eat/get coffee just a short walk away. First Fridays in Wailuku is just a couple blocks away too. "Our stay was as expected— which is a great thing! It’s not fancy, but it was an incredible home base in Maui. The air conditioning was definitely a bonus compared to some other places we looked at. One thing to note is that Google maps does tend to take you down one road too soon. We used the bed and the pull out sofa and both were adequate. "

"We feel really lucky to have found this location in Upcountry Kula. The lanais provided excellent viewing of both Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. Cool nights and ease of access to all of the surrounding towns and sightseeing opportunities made this a most enjoyable visit for us. To top it off, Steve and Diane were the most wonderful hosts as well as a wealth of information for all things Maui. We would absolutely stay with them again given the opportunity."
