Property is good. Their lower staff(porters, cleaners etc.) is excellent with good English. But the one on reception and mid management, their English is very poor and they are unable to understand what customer is saying. Plus white color staff needs to pay little more respect for their guests instead of showing greediness for money all the time.

Nice place. They didn’t bring us water to room and said they don’t have any. WiFi sucks sometimes. Walk to haram is really close if you go through the anjum hotel. Like 8 minutes

Our room was not very clean, carpets were clearly not cleaned properly. Shower screen door was not working so water leaked into the bathroom. Towels were not the best and the bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Got neck pain. Breakfast was good. It is quite an uphill walk, can get very tiring. Staff only provided two water bottles each day to survive from. Unfortunately wasn’t very happy with our stay.

Water start leaking from the roof in the night. The maintenance guy came and claimed he fixed it and used up all the towel we had to dry the floor. It took us 12 hours to get the towels after mutiple attempts of contacting the front counter. No hot water available for half of the day.

Room was not good. It was like a box jail with very small window which has something in front of it. My stay in the same hotel was much better compare to this time. I asked the management to change the room but they could not. Also, the bathroom drainage was very slow which makes a huge puddle when you take a bath. Resturant breakfast and overall hotel cleaning was fine.

It’s a short walk to Haram from the hotel. Also the room was clean and breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel for stay.

One of the most reasonably priced hotels that is within walking distance from Al-Haram. The rooms are small and so are the restrooms but the rooms are comfortable. I wouldnt waste money on the breakfast as there are plenty of options around Al-Haram that offer cheaper and way better breakfast plus it gives you more flexibility because you arent locked into a certain window to grab breakfast. The staff was really helpful and room service was quick. We could find a cab pretty much anytime and everytime we needed it. The only drawback was their elevator, it was a nightmare to find an elevator that was operational during peak times. The other drawback was that the hotel didnt offer laundry service. We had to find a laundry place nearby to survive.
