"Located far from city, near a port. Check-in was fast and staff were polite and friendly. Room was of good size with 2 single and a bunk bed for 3 adults. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple Japanese fare but excellent quality and service. Parking was convenient with attached multi-storey carpark. Just that its a little far."

"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"

"What I liked about the hotel was that it had its own sand covering experience because Kagoshima is known for this experience but usually at another location. The thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the bathtub water faucet was leaking water and making the bathtub dirty. Also if you are not use to sleeping on tatami style bedding it’s going to be hard to get a good sleep. "
