"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Friendly staff , nice location, although I would expect a little more comfort in a business suite! Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer. Also the chair in combination with the desk is not suitable for a comfortable for working on your laptopThe bed and supplies in the room does not meet the standard...

"Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! "

"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted.
