本人訂了兩個apartment，每個apartment都係3房2廁，其中一房是套房，每個apartment都非常大，有露台，我入住的露台望到樓下有船有單軌列車，晚上非常美麗，極力推介，又新又乾淨，樓下係商場，下雨都有節目，有小型水旅館，有toy musuem，有3D畫展，有商店，非常方便

Horrible service

Terrible stay. Toilet bowl clogged and dirty sheets. Service staff do not bother to respond and attend to the complaints. I will never stay at this again. Shore 3BR Luxury Residences at Melaka/Malacca. See photos of WhatsApp messages to apartment management and their non reply

The 3 BRM apartment was spacious and had clean beds and toilet. Swimming pool was fun for kids. Only issue was the water from the shower in the master bedroom flows into the toilet bowl area, Hendry have to keep mopping to make sure it’s dry. Love the view and will definitely be back again.

Value for money in terms of the large unit size, amenities and the spectacular river view from balcony. Additional to the ease of checking in and it's location truly made the short holiday really worth while.

I was totally disappointed with the host. Poor English and doesn't know what information need to provide to us. At first, only provide us an access code which is use for the unit door. I told them i need the mailbox pin to unlock. Then their reply is the access card inside the mailbox. They didnt understand that i need the mailbox pin to open up get the access card. Next is the fan remote control not working. I message them but none of the host reply me. There is no reply at even we check out. Once we check in, then they just inform us the washing machine is not working. This kind of amenity should inform the guest earlier if its not working. The house is dirty and the sofas even got bugs. There is a lot of ants in the kitchen table. Pleaee avoid this host as all cost!

TV with no basic channels at all. Will need to key in the door pin everytime we need to open the door. One room is smelly. The master room aircon is not working at all. Sometimes the door cannot be closed properly, please check before leaving the house.

Surprising large n clean apartment

The 3 bedroom apartment was bigger than we expected. It was very clean n comfortable, had everything we needed. The wifi was strong. We appreciate the check in process, simple n efficient. No queue, no waiting...just phone msg with clear instructions, pin n code. We liked the apartment so much that we decided to extend our stay for another day. The request was met promptly with clear instructions..it was totally hassle free. Checking out another simple process. We will make this our preferred accommodation in Melaka. Thank you.

The overall cleanliness of the property is good it is just the toilet is not cleaned properly, there were stains on the floor and wall of both toilets. Toilet in the Master bedroom was filthy, and the pipes were broken. The floor in the kitchen is swollen, maybe due to pipe burst under the floor or something

We had a great time here. The property was complete with functional kitchen (microwave, kitchen utensils also available).Suitable for families with kids. Cleanliness was ok.The shower doors and floor could really use some scrubbings. The wardrobes were a bit dusty as well. We enjoyed the gym and sauna.However, the pools were filthy!! The owner n team was friendly and helpfull as well. Will consider coming back.

최악의 숙소

문을 열자마자 코를 찌르는 곰팡이 냄새에 기절하는줄..smelly house라며 아이들은 집에 들어가길 싫어하고..2박 내내 냄새 때문에 에어컨도 못켜고 문 다 열어놓고 지내야했습니다. 샤워실엔 사진처럼 지저분하게 하수구가 방치되어 있어서 아이들이 더럽다고 난리.. 또 한가지 기절할만한 것은 집에 wi-fi가 없습니다. 직원에게 하루종일 문자로 항의하고 나서야 하루지나 겨우 설치해주더군요. 인터넷 쓸일 있을때마다 1층에 있는 스타벅스로 내려가야 했습니다. 공간이 넓긴 했지만 곰팡이 냄새에 머리가 아팠고 와이파이가 없어서 매우 불편했습니다. 공용 수영장이 한가해서 좋긴했지만.절대 다시는 가고싶지않습니다
