The staff were really helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my first time in a pod! A tad different from the norm. Great location, beach not far, main centre and pirt not far away. A good holiday

If you are desperate. Stay here. The blond lady at the front desk during the day is cheerful and energetic, and helpful as is the tan night staff person. The rest of the staff, unhelpful, rude, lazy, and refuse to speak English. As an advertiser of English and Spanish languages, the staff speak very little English and are unwilling to help those that speak English. On the conditions, with people sleeping in the lobby and in common areas with their luggage. Sharing a bathroom with your “roommates” means 30 people sharing one bathroom or 100 sharing the common bathroom with 3 showers and 2 stalls. The building does not generate enough energy to provide adequate air conditioning in the summer. The pods have ZERO air conditioning. A fan system to get the air from the room into your pod works poorly, leaves you with heat exhaustion at night. POD sleepers leave the door open at night to get cool air. The safety is non existent. There is zero security, the closets are not lockable, anyone can open the left side with a credit card and screw driver due to cheap latches. Anyone can also walk into the hotel into the closets, take anll of your belongings and out again between 10 am and 5 pm. Because the lack of attention at the desk and low staff. At night it is worse, the front desk staff is often resting/sleeping/having personal time during works hours in the rest room next to the front desk with the door closed. The bed mattress isn’t great at all and they do ask for our weight to adjust it but pretty much is waste of time. Also the air conditioner inside is not controlled individually so you’re relying on stuff members to do it. And guess what? They didn’t show any signs of interest to do so,shame I’ve paid enough for 3 star hotel to stay in a hostel!!! Never ever again

Pleasantly surprised
I have never stayed in a hostel before but I was presently surprised on my first stay. The room was like a spaceship, the walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper it may not be for you as you can hear people snore/outside etc. in the room there are numberous pods on two levels with one bathroom. There is a separate bathroom with numberous toilets and showers within. On arrival you are given a bag with towels and remotes/game controller to your pod, you have a locker within the room for your belongings however I kept mine within the pod.

Lieu insolite ! C'est rigolo à faire une fois, mais si le futur cà, je n'en veux pas ! L'idée est bonne, mais pas aboutie. D'abord, il devrait y avoir une affiche explicative dans la cabine et dans les toilettes automatiques ou mieux une vidéo explicative dans le hall pour tout expliquer! Car on a galéré à comprendre comment certaines choses marchaient. Coté fiabilité : la lumière se coupait au bout de 10s avec la carte lumière, une prise usb avait un faux-contact, colonne de douche usée. Coté confort, c'est mal insonorisé et un bruit de moteur de ventilation tourne en permanence. Et tous les voyants témoins des différents boutons font qu'on n'est pas du tout dans le noir. Les cables d'écouteurs étaint un peu trop courts. Coté pratique, une vraie étagère dans la cabine et un accès direct au casier depuis la cabine serait un grand plus !! Ou au pire un système de tiroir dans le casier pour ne pas devoir escalader et rentrer dedans pour aller chercher des choses dans le fond.

It is a good hotel for a night.After more than one night you need a fysiotherapist but that one is a cross the street 😅😂 the matras is thin it is lije sleeping in a floor

It was not a problen from the hotel. They were kind to explain that i booked a capsule and not a normal room . The problen is expedia . Only 15 minutes intercurred from the booking to the check in and they hadn't received the booking fron expedia . No chance to contact them . Fee not refundablr , lost 3 nights accomodation . There must be common sense but i think that in this world with these rules is gone . At least put a reservation fee but not 3 nights not refundable for 15 minutes

overall pretty ok. but everything costs extra. no free parking extremly available. parking underground car park pretty expensive at 22€/day. but the most important thing (in ANY hotel) is the mattress. it consists of a cheap 6cm thin foam mattress which is VERY uncomfortable. the saved on the most important thing in ANY hotel and sacrificed good sleep of their customers...

**Vorteile:** - **Freundliches Personal:** Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. - **Gute Lage:** Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. - **Ruhige Umgebung:** Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ruhig, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. - **Saubere Einrichtungen:** Die Küche, die WCs und die Duschen waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. **Nachteile:** - **Begrenzte Zahlungsmöglichkeiten:** Obwohl es Kaffeemaschinen und Snackautomaten gibt, ist es nur möglich, mit Bargeld zu bezahlen. - **Technische Probleme:** In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht. - **Eingangspolitik:** Der Hoteleingang wird abends um 22 Uhr geschlossen, und man muss klingeln, um von einem Mitarbeiter hereingelassen zu werden, was etwas unbequem sein kann. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Lage und freundliches Personal, jedoch gibt es einige kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten.
