The breakfast starts at 8am that is pretty late as most of day trips start at the meeting point around 8am to 8:30am so 7:30 breakfast would be much better.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make recommendations. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. It was a little noisy, but it is to be expected because it is close to night life. Our room was clean.

I received a notification after booking our room that there was no elevator at the property, this was not true. The entire staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The property was extremely clean and comfortable as well as being centrally located and walkable to most of historical sites. There were so many restaurant options located all around the property to choose from that were an easy walk. We took advantage of the spa and booked a couples massage, the therapist were both excellent and made this a wonderful experience for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options and an excellent staff. The only issues were our room was above the street and was noisy during the early morning hours and hot water was an issue due to low water pressure early in the morning.

Very nice Hotel, friendly staff who looked after all of our needs even prior to our arrival. Parking is nearby and is very easy to find and safe (4min walk).There was only one point of dissatisfaction, which was explained at reception, and the feedback was gladly accepted. Hotel Palacete de Alamos is very well located in Malaga, being within easy walking distance of most attractions and facilities (except the beach which is a good 25 minutes walk away). The hotel is small and unique and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I liked the location of this property. It was walkable to old town and a twenty minute walk to the beach. However, there was no wifi in the rooms. Electricity went out on night and the hotel had no plan for such an event even though they said it's a common occurrence. They gave long candles on plates which was scary and a fire hazard. The water temperature in the shower was also problematic; it fluctuated from hot to cold on its own.
