"We stayed 3 nights in 2 bd grand Monaco suite. It’s a little outdated but the rooms are big and have all the amenities of home and the balcony views are awesome and huge and wonderful to just chill. The staff are excellent. The pool and surrounding area is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of white beach, I personally loved the quiet. Keep up the good work "

"The hotel was in the middle of a land dispute, so the entrance was a building site with armed guards and corrugated iron fencing. Access to the hotel was a dangerous dirt track. I fell and injured my wrist. We had requested twin beds in advance and were given doubles. They even failed to change them to twin beds when I asked on day 1. I had to book another room at further cost. The facilities were limited with no bar and the decor was very tired. Really did not enjoy staying there and feel...

"We arrived to our confirmed booking to find the hotel closed down earlier than expected with no notice from booking agent or hotel themselves, both of which had our contact details. "Best hotel in Boracay Island. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful relaxing family friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel."

"5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "
