"I was unable to go to the property since since I tried to contact the property before my stay about a week in advance and did not receive any response until about 10hours before I was supposed to fly out. The response I received was an automated one that stated the hotel was closed . I only received this response after several attempts to contact the hotel. "The Hard Rock Hotel is great. Clean, with natural beauty, and cheerful staff. The only hiccup is when we got there, late in the day, the dining options seemed to be limited, and the hotel app, was kinda clunky, with restaurant bookings. I was frustrated.
