Bower 63 offers guests a modern hinterland escape only 2 minutes from the thriving township of Maleny and close to local attractions on the picturesque Blackall Range of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The two bedroom detached house is sparklingly new, boasting modern appliances and amenities. The contemporary, quirky decor reflects the iconic 60's & 70's Mid-Century era, complete with geometric designs, teak cigar legged tables, and my personal favourite, a burnt orange replica Featherston chair. The name Bower 63 is due to a beloved resident of our 1 acre garden, a male Satin Bower Bird complete with his scattered hoard of blue treasures. The 63 reflects the Mid-Century period, and denotes my birth year. Bower 63 rests amidst a green garden setting beneath established deciduous trees and over looks fertile farming land, hills and the Obi Obi creek tree line with furnished patios off the living and bedroom 1 to relax & take in the peaceful view. The bedrooms have luxury king & queen sized beds complete with beautiful linen. The modern fully equiped kitchen, and dining, living areas are spacious and kept comfortable beneath raked ceilings and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
