We felt safe and the customer service was great but we really didn't need any help as everything was as expected or exceeded our expectations. "This was a wonderful experience staying at the mini castle. Very unique accommodation. Was great for just the two of us. Any more than that I think it would be a bit cramped. But perfect for solo trip or a couple. The location was amazing. Loved the short walk up the hill to the view of the ocean. Would definitely love to stay here again. "
