"When I arrived, the hotel manager said this was the wrong hotel. However, this was clearly a lie, and she had simply been offered a better price for my reservation. Now I had no place to stay. As a nice kick in the teeth from Hotels.com, they refused to refund me for the stay, saying it was booked under a non-cancellation ploicy. First and last time I will use this service. If you support this kind of business you only have yourself to blame for why corruption is ruining this world."

"First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting.
