"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht (sogar inkl. Waffeleisen und Rührgerät ;) ). Der Blick vom Balkon Bzw. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster ist super und der Strand sehr nah. Wir hatten alle vier ein tolles Pfingstwochenende und kommen bestimmt mal wieder!"

"Klasse Lage - zwar ohne Seeblick aber nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Schwimmbad ebenfalls fußläufig. Sehr ordentliches, ruhiges Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen und dem Highlight: dem eigenen Schwimmbad im Haus. Wem das wichtig ist: in der Anzeige heißt es "2 Schlafzimmer", es gibt aber nur 1 abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer. Schlafplätze 3 und 4 sind die Klappcouch in der Wohn-Ess-Küche. Dafür ist die Couch sehr bequem ;-)"

"Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. "If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "

Good, nice location by the lake

"A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us "
