Beautiful traditional town house fully equipped with a small garden, to spend unforgettable holidays in Mallorca. Located in a residential area and 10 minutes from Palma, very close to the Serra de Tramontana.
The house has air conditioning in the living room and heating. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The sunny garden with porch is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to answer questions and provide you with all the necessary information about emblematic places to visit, traditional towns, customs and gastronomy of this beautiful place in the Balearic Islands.
Ecotax: it is charged upon arrival for an amount of 2 euros/person/day for those over 16 years of age. From November to April: 0.50 euros/person/day.
ELECTRICITY COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.
Security deposit: €300 in cash on arrival.
5 minutes from the charming town of Son Sardina, where you will find a bakery, bars, pharmacy, supermarket and banks.

Perfect house close to beach and city
I thought I had booked an apartment in the suburbs and found myself in a beautiful house in a calm rurban setting. The house is clean, fresh and well-equipped. The beds look old but very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities such as salt, oil, and coffee filters. We were welcomed by a bottle of red and typical Mallorquin biscuits. The village of Son Sardina is nearby with grocery stoors and bakery.
