The picturesque Finca Can Mestre is idyllically situated outside Campanet at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains on a spacious plot. Surrounded by lush nature and with uninterrupted views of the rolling hills of the Tramuntana, this house offers a relaxing rural setting. Relax on the terraces or the lawn area by the private pool with Roman steps and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The renovated house impresses with its natural stone façade and has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher inside. The cosy living area with mixed satellite TV is connected to an integrated dining area. On this level there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom. A narrow staircase leads to the lower level of the house, where there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower tray. The beds are as good as new and offer comfort.
In Campanet you will find small food markets, a bakery and cosy cafés in the village square. The beaches of the bay of Pollença or Alcudia in the north of the island are only 15-20 minutes away by car and invite you to relax by the sea.
Facilities include internet access and a fireplace in the living area for cosy winter evenings (wood not included).
This finca offers the perfect combination of rural tranquillity and proximity to the attractions of the north coast of Mallorca.

The price of the tourist tax (eco tax) is to be paid separately and is subject to the current rates of the legislation.

Traumhafte kleine Finc

Tolle Finca in ruhiger, abgelegener Gegend, genau das was wir gesucht haben. Sehr nettes Gespräch mit dem Vermieter, ein älterer Herr. Ist alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal.

Gemütliche Finca mit kleinen "Abstrichen"

Wir haben die Zeit unterhalb des Tramuntana-Gebirges genossen. Die Finca ist gut zu finden, wenn man sich an die zugesendete Wegbeschreibung hält und die Kommunikation mit der zwischengeschalteten "Agentur" ist sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert.Der Außenbereich ist urgemütlich und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Wobei die Fotos des gesamten Objektes sehr gut in Szene gesetzt wurden.Der Innenbereich der Finca hält jedoch einige "Mangos" bereit, die beim Lesen der Rezensionen seit 2021 bestehen:Gerne befolgt man das Mülltrennungssystem der Insel, welches durch das Vorhandensein eines! Abfallbehälters aber schwer zu praktizieren ist. Desweiteren wäre es günstig die Lage des Recyclinghofes in Campanet in die Infomappe mit aufzunehmen, da keine weiteren Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten im Ort frei zugänglich zur Verfügung stehen.Die Handtücher sowie die Matratzen sind in die Jahre gekommen.Das Haus trägt auch nach 8 Tagen Aufenthalt bei stets geöffneten Fenstern einen muffigen Geruch und im Untergeschoss werden die zuvor trockenen Handtücher über Nacht wieder klamm.Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir eine 5köpfige Katzenfamilie an der Seite, die nur durch selbstgekauftes Trockenfutter von der Essensbettelei auf Abstand genommen werden konnte.WLAN und das mobile Netz steht oft nicht zur Verfügung. Und ein "must have" für den Aufenthalt ist Antimückenspray.

A little place in paradise

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit! ❤️ Die Begrüßung von Maria war so herzlich und die Erstausstattung mit Wein und Brot - zum Wohlfühlen! Die Finca war total nach unserem Geschmack, so rustikal und wild bewachsen, das Haus war so sauber, dass man vom Boden essen könnte, die Küchenausstattung absolut ausreichend - auch für passionierte Köche. Eine Bialetti ist auch vorhanden, was uns sehr freute. Die überdachte Veranda wäre ein Traum, hätten uns dort nicht zu jeder Tageszeit die Mücken zerfressen. Tip: genügend Flaschen Repeller mitnehmen!!!! Am Grillplatz und Pool war es besser, aber ohne permanenten Schutz no chance! Der Pool ist ein Segen, wunderbar! Auch abends mit Beleuchtung - der Ausblick dazu.... unbezahlbar!

Wunderschöne Finca in den Bergen

Family vacation

We had a nice one week stay at the villa with our family (4 persons). The villa was perfect for us and the location is excellent if you are looking for your own peaceful place with relatively short driving distances to villlages, shopping centers, and beaches. Have your morning cafe during the sun rise at the front terrace and enjoy glass of wine at the pool while watching the sun setting done behind the mountains :-)

Urlaubsoase für Ruhesuchende

Wir haben 1 Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen (30 und 37 Jahre) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. In echt ist das Haus noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern.Es bietet den typisch mallorquinischen Flair, genau das was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Es gibt sonnige und schattige Plätze und auch einen Grill, den wir mit großer Freude genutzt haben. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Poolbereich und auch (soweit wir wissen) die anderen Bereiche nicht einsehbar waren. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zahlreiche wunderschöne Pflanzen wie Aloe Vera, Orangenbäume, Olivenbäume, etc. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in dem Nahe gelegenen Ort Sa Pobla. C.a. 5-10 min mit den Auto. Ein Mietwagen ist hier ein muss. Man hat von dem Haus aus den perfekten Startpunkt für Ausflüge in den Norden (Pollenca/Alcudia/Can Picafort) und bis nach Palma sind es auch nur 30 Minuten Fahrtweg. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bzw. mit Herrn Escherich war sehr gut und sehr herzlich. Wir hatten vor der Buchung etwas bedenken auf der Fewo Direkt Seite zu buchen, aber ich muss sagen, wir wurden hier definitiv positiv überrascht wie easy alles geklappt hat. Wir sind erst Nachts um 4 Uhr in der Finka angekommen, das war auch gar kein Problem da es am Haus einen Schlüsselkasten gibt. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Korb mit Rotwein, Toast, Obst und Marmelade auf dem Küchentisch empfange, einfach nur SÜß :-) ! Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Der einzige Nachteil in unseren Augen sind: - die Moskitos(für die ja niemand was kann) - die Matratzen - Auschecken spätestens um 10 Uhr morgens (ist zwar +/- Standard, aber ich finde 11 wäre auch ok gewesen)

Glücksmomente in Campanet

Wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage auf Mallorca. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen schön gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Leider ist es bei Dunkelheit trotz sehr guter Anfahrtsbeschreibung für ortsunkundige Erstbesucher nur mit sehr viel Mühe zu finden.Vielleicht könnte man die Nr. 137 des Nächtens beleuchten?. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden. Auch wir wurden mit einer kleinen kulinarischen Erstausstattung empfangen, was sehr schön war. Einen Wunsch hätten wir noch: Zur besseren Mülltrennung wären zwei oder drei Abfallbehälter schön anstatt nur einem.Auch etwas mehr und neuere Handtücher wären wünschenswert. Wir werden bestimmt sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Entspannte Tage in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Finca mit Blick auf den Tramuntana Gebirgszug verbracht. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, gepflegt und was die Ausstattung angeht, hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Außenanlagen, der Pool und der Grillplatz sind sehr schön. Wir wurden mit Lebensmitteln und verschiedenen Getränken willkommen geheißen- eine sehr nette Geste! Wir würden noch mal dort hinfahren.

Eine sehr nette Finca in guter Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Finca in ruhiger Lage. Abends wurde die Ruhe nur durch den Gesang von Nachtigall und anderen Singvögeln unterbrochen - sehr schön. Die Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer sind sehr weich und könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Es war alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieter haben uns mit Obst, Toastbrot, Marmelade und Getränken für den ersten Tag ausgestattet was sehr angenehm war. Dadurch mussten wir nicht schon direkt bei der Anreise einkaufen gehen. Etwas Salz und Pfeffer wäre als Grundausstattung auch schön gesessen. Vielleicht wurde das aus hygienischen Gründen nicht gemacht. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und auch die Kinder ( zwei mal 5 Jahre) haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Den Pool konnten wir auch täglich nutzen und das war der Hit.

Sehr schöne Finca im Herzen Mallorcas

Sehr schöne Finca. Liebevolle Details bei der Deko. Sehr sauber. Aussenanlage sehr gepflegt, ebenso der Pool. Gute zentrale Lage für Ausflüge. Absolut ruhig gelegen- ideal zum relaxen . Campanet ca. 25min zu Fuß , 5min mit Auto - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lidl u. Eroski ) in sa Pobla .

Super Unterkunft für Touren über die Insel

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus, das für einen Urlaub mit Kindern gut ausgestattet ist. In den Osterferien ist es auf Mallorca nachts noch etwas kühl, so dass der Ofen viel genutzt wird. Die untere Etage ist in den ersten Tagen noch etwas muffig gewesen, aber das besserte sich während des Aufenthalts. Sehr nette Gastgeber, der kleine Korb mit Lebensmitteln war eine sehr willkommene Begrüßung. Campanet ist ein toller Ort und man kommt von hier schnell überall hin.

The house and pool were just as we imagined and thankfully the weather in late autumn was ideal for long walks and outdoor meals. Traumhaft!

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubstage auf der Finca verbracht. Unser absolutes Highlight war der stets saubere Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend. Kleine Verbesserungswünsche (z.B. eine neue Kaffeemaschine) wurden prompt erfüllt. Das Grundstück bietet absolute Privatsphäre und die Strände und Buchten im Norden sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Buena opcion para vacaciones en familia tranquilas lejos del bullicio general. El entorno de la piscina y la barbacoa son perfectos aunque el jardín del porche está un poco descuidado. La casa es cómoda y funcional. Anfitrión muy amable.

Sehr einfache aber originelle Ferienunterkunft

Haus und Garten sind gut in die Natur integriert, aber auch auf den Bildern sehr vorteilhaft in Szene gesetzt. Wer selber Kochen möchte (außer Nudeln), sollte eigenes Küchenequipment mitbringen; jede Studentenküche ist hochwertiger und vollständiger. Der Blick ist am Pool sehr beeindruckend und auch die Lage an guten Rennradrouten hat uns sehr gefallen. Preisleistung m.E. hat nicht gestimmt. Der Checkout war überpünktlich und nur bedingt freundlich durchgeführt.
